What is CFT?
Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) is the work of Dr. Barry Gillespie. Based on his theory that the Craniosacral and Fascial systems are not separate, but one interconnected system, CFT blends two established modalities: Cranial Sacral Therapy and Myofascial Release, into a single, highly effective therapy.

This intricate system originates in the body's core around the brain and spinal cord and extends through the body's fascial web which surrounds and permeates every structure down to the cellular level. A healthy system allows for the free flow of Cerebrospinal fluid from the brain, down the spine, to the sacrum, and into the connective tissue (fascia). Strain anywhere in that system may effect brain function and mobility. Our brains must expand and contract, and any restrictions or damage to this motion, such as those due to difficult birth or head injury, can greatly effect our health and wellbeing.

CFT techniques are designed to gently unwind accumulated fascial strain, allowing optimal mobility and therefore better brain function. When the Craniosacral Fascial system is loose and open, there is optimal flow of cerebrospinal fluid to help nourish the body and cleanse toxins.

The Brain has to breathe. The Fascia has to be free.

All of us have experienced trauma. Difficult birth, surgery, auto accidents, falls, concussions. dental/orthodontics, vaccinations. and emotional trauma to name a few.

What you will learn:

This is the foundation for mastering CFT. During this hands on learning three day seminar, you will explore the Craniosacral fascial system. You will learn gentle, yet powerful techniques with a great deal of treatment being exchanged during the seminar. Most participants find it personally and professionally transforming.

CFT can also be used to enhance or compliment other therapy. Our students come from a wide variety of backgrounds, though no prior medical or bodywork experience is required to attend the training. Parents are encouraged to learn CFT so they can obtain the skills needed to work on their children.

CFT is effective for all ages and benefits a variety of conditions..

This training is your KEY to healing the skyrocketing rates of immune disease: allergies, food intolerances, inflammation, chronic pain, autoimmune conditions.

In order to balance the body, we need an understanding of all the aspects of the body and how they inter-relate. What if there were exciting new research findings on a “hidden organ” that was essential for healthy digestion and brain function…

    • Ready to add it to your protocol chart?

    • Ready for powerful new understanding and tools to address allergies, asthma, inflammation and auto-immune conditions?

This “hidden organ” is the microbiome, trillions of tiny passengers that are an essential part of the super-organism of the human body…friendly microbe partners we require for a healthy immune system and a balanced brain.  They have names. They have functions. They talk to the cells of your body, and your body talks back. They have been in harmonious partnership with our systems since the dawn of humanity. Fast-forward to the present day, and we can see a tremendous toll on our inner ecosystem from our modern lifestyles. An unhappy microbiome = a reactive and inflammatory immune system.

Ready to learn new BodyTalk strategies to reset this ancient harmony?

Everything you need to know about this hidden organ including new BodyTalk protocol charts and strategies to keep it in balance can be found in the upcoming BodyEcology course. You will meet your microbiome, all the players in the immune system, update your brain to the latest research findings so that you can more effectively address the day to day issues that your clients face.
